Dec 2024 - all orders placed after Friday 13th dec will be sent out after January 6th 2025. We will acknowledge the payment within usually 48 hours, but please understand this is our once a year break. We will not process any orders for the EU and you will be refunded.

If your address listed in paypal is out of date, please send us your current postal address using the contact sheet below. If you use an email address that is different to your paypal address please let us know so that we can keep you up to date with your order. You can use the contact form below.

You will get a confirmation email about your purchase usually within 24 hours - I do them manually so don’t panic if you don’t get it straight away.

I will send you your tracking number once the parcel is prepared for shipping,

Please keep an eye on your tracking and alert messages. If you miss delivery a couple of times and do not re arrange/or pick up, it will be sent back to us. In such circumstances we would have to deduct the shipping costs, return delivery fee, return air surcharges, payment processing fees and the box/packing costs we incur, out of your refund (all of which is the majority of your original payment).
